LEGALIZATION SERVICE

1. Application for legalization will be preferably submitted by hand at the Consular Section, Royal Thai Embassy (Eteläesplanadi 22 C, 00130 Helsinki) during 09.00-12.00 hours every working day of the Embassy.

2. Please have the following documents ready:

2.1. The applicant must fill in the Legalization Application Form and enclose a copy of the applicant’s passport for reference.Click here to download the form

2.2. Documents must be prior certified by the Legalization Division of Foreign Affairs of Finland or certified by the Legalization Division of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

2.3. Fee of 15 euros per document by cash only.

2.4. Documents will be ready to collect after one working hour.

Remarks : The applicant who wishes to apply for legalization by post, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of the documents and fee of 15 euros per document by cash only.
