LEGALIZATION OF WORK CONTRACT
1. Employer fills in the Employment Contact in English.
In case that you create your own work contract, ensure that the contract contains at least the minimum information as mentioned on Occupational Health and Safety Administration's webpage http://www.tyosuojelu.fi/fi/contract Example of work contract form in English can be checked from http://www.tyosuojelu.fi/upload/tslomen.pdf
**Fruits and Berry Farming**
1. Specify clearly what tasks and responsibilty are expected to be done from the Employee in Main duties /Principal duties
2. Specify Hourly wages and Piece work wages seperately in Salary/wages field.
2. The Employement Contract(s) must be signed by the employer and the signature must be notarized by the local Notary Public.
3. The aforementioned notarized Employment Contract(s) must subsequently be certified by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs,Finland. (Merikasarminkatu 5 D, 00160 Helsinki Tel 09 160 05)
4. Submit the original certified Employment Contract(s) together with the Legalization Work Contract Form to the Royal Thai Embassy, Helsinki for consideration. Click here to download
If you submit the documents by post, please enclose self address return envelope with sufficient stamp. 5. Send the certified Employment Contract(s) to the Employee in Thailand. Note: Legalzation process takes approximately 1-2 weeks or longer, therefore the Employee/Employer should not buy the flight ticket yet.
Working Hours:
The Embassy opens during 9.00-12.00 Monday-Friday, except public holidays announced by the Royal Thai Embassy, Helsinki. For further inquires please contact the Embassy by phone or e-mail from Mon-Fri during 13.00-16.30.
